Covid-19 Information

Dear Guests,

From June 1, 2020 we will provide the following services:

  • Accommodation in our hotel rooms;
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner, but only room service or take-away in the resort area;
  • Outdoor pool is open for our accommodation;
  • The fishing lake is open to both accommodation and outsiders.

Your and our employees safety is very important to us, which is why we have taken the following additional steps to ensure that you have a pleasant and safe stay:

  • Our staff received clear information on the indications provided by local and governmental authorities in the field of health prevention (INSP, DSV and DSP);
  • We pay special attention to the sanitation of public contact points such as the reception, handles, railings and taps;
  • We have intensified the cleaning of common areas, with disinfectant and antibacterial solutions based on alcohol or chlorine;
  • We have intensified the disinfection of guest rooms, linen and towels. However, in order to limit your interaction with the cleaning staff as much as possible, we will enter the room only on request. We will do the same for consumables (paper, toiletries, shower gel, shampoo and towels.);
  • We recommend limiting cash transactions as much as possible. We accept card payments, bank transfer or vouchers / holiday cards;
  • We suggest sanitizing your hands at the entrance and exit of the hotel;
  • We will check your temperature at check-in and we reserve the right not to receive people with a temperature higher than 37.5 Celsius degrees or with specific visible symptoms for COVID-19;
  • Please follow the access instructions;
  • Please wear a protective mask inside the hotel;
  • Please respect the social distance of 1.5 meters;
  • We have increased the space between tables in the restaurant and the terrace to a minimum of 1.5 meters.
