How do I cancel a reservation?

Cancellations can be made by email. Please notify us of your cancellation as soon as possible, at least 72 hours before the start of your stay.

How can I pay at the hotel?

You can pay for your stay with a Visa or Master Card, cash, bank transfer or holiday vouchers / card.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is between 3 pm and 10 pm and check-out is until 11 am. If you want an extension of these hours, please contact us and, subject to availability, we will extend the hours mentioned above with pleasure. Luggage can be stored at reception at any time.
Between what hours are the meals served?

Breakfast is served between 08 am – 10 am, lunch between 12:30 pm – 2 pm, and dinner between 7 pm – 9 pm. If you want to dine outside the mentioned hours, please contact us. We can also organize any of the meals for take-away, with the announcement of our staff at least 12 hours in advance.
